BedarX Pro

BedarX Pro is a focused VS Code theme family for readable syntax, calm workbench surfaces, polished semantic highlighting, and optional no-bold variants.

Install

Install from the Visual Studio Marketplace, or search for BedarX Pro in the VS Code Extensions view.

Command line:

code --install-extension saqibbedar.bedarx-pro

Then run Preferences: Color Theme and choose a BedarX theme.

Customization

BedarX Pro ships each theme in bold and no-bold variants:

• BedarX Dark
• BedarX Dark No Bold
• BedarX Light
• BedarX Light No Bold
• BedarX Noir
• BedarX Noir No Bold

Use the default bold variants when you want stronger scan points for keywords, types, headings, and declarations. Use the no-bold variants for long sessions, lighter typography, or keyword-heavy languages such as SQL, Java, C, and C++.

VS Code may briefly paint TextMate colors before language-server semantic tokens finish applying. BedarX keeps semantic and TextMate colors aligned where practical, while preserving calmer keyword handling for dense languages.

React

BedarX syntax colors are also available through bxp-code, a React component library with VS Code-accurate syntax highlighting via Shiki and automatic Prettier formatting.
