Sublime Breakers Theme for VSCodium and VS Code

A Light theme for VS Code and VSCodium, based on the Sublime Text theme Breakers. This has two variants, one more colorful, "Sublime Breakers", and one with less colors, "Sublime Breakers Less Color". The less colorful one is more like the "real" Sublime Text theme looks like.
