One-click update of VS Code agent plugins from the Agent Plugins view — no more digging through the command palette, no uninstall/reinstall.

• View title button — click "Update Agent Plugins" to update all agent plugins (git pull)
• Alt + click — force update (also re-installs npm/pip packages)
• Command palette — Agent Plugins: Update Agent Plugins / Agent Plugins: Update Agent Plugins (Force)
