Install
Open the Extensions view in Visual Studio Code.
Search for Dracula Colorful.
Click Install, then Set Color Theme.
Activate
Open the Command Palette in Visual Studio Code.
Run Preferences: Color Theme.
Choose Dracula Colorful.
