CodeVibe Themes

Three handcrafted dark themes for Visual Studio Code. Each one ships a fully mapped syntax palette, a themed workbench and terminal colours that stay on-brand, so the whole editor reads as a single, considered design rather than a stock theme with one accent swapped out.

Installation

Install CodeVibe Themes from the Marketplace, or follow these steps:

1. Open Visual Studio Code.
2. Open the Extensions view with Ctrl+Shift+X (Cmd+Shift+X on macOS).
3. Search for CodeVibe Themes.
4. Select Install.
5. Pick a theme with File > Preferences > Color Theme (Code > Settings > Color Theme on macOS), then choose CodeVibe - Epic Theme, CodeVibe - Arctic Frost or CodeVibe - Neon Noir.

You can also install it from the command line:

code --install-extension noyonalways.codevibe-themes

Theme Variants

All three themes ship in this one extension. Switch between them at any time from the Color Theme picker — no reinstall needed.

CodeVibe - Epic Theme

The original. A purple-magenta accent over a deep indigo editor, with warm amber types and soft green strings.

CodeVibe - Arctic Frost

Glacial blues over a near-black navy workbench. Cool, crisp and low-glare — built for long, calm sessions.

CodeVibe - Neon Noir

A bold jewel-tone theme with a deliberately remapped syntax palette: ice-blue keywords, hot-pink variables and tags, orchid types, gold constants, tangerine strings and mint functions. The same code reads structurally differently from the other two variants rather than being a recolour.

Theme Previews

Every preview below is rendered from the extension's own theme files — the editor, the syntax highlighting and the integrated terminal are the real palettes, not mock-ups.
