Installation
in VS Code, launch the Quick Open panel (Ctrl + P

execute the following command:

Alternate Method
- in VS Code, open the Extensions view (
Ctrl + Shift + X
/ ⇧ ⌘ X
)
- in the search box, search for "Sweet Dracula Monokai"
- press "Install" and choose "Sweet Dracula Monokai" from the Command Palette
