VSCode Proxy Manager

A lightweight extension to store and switch between multiple proxy configurations in VS Code.

Installation
From VS Code Marketplace
- Open VS Code
- Go to Extensions (
Ctrl+Shift+X)
- Search for "VSCode Proxy Manager"
- Click Install
From VSIX
- Download the
.vsix file from Releases
- Open VS Code
- Run
Extensions: Install from VSIX... from the Command Palette
- Select the downloaded
.vsix file
Configuration
Add your proxies in VS Code settings (settings.json):

Usage
- Look for the proxy icon in the status bar (left side)
- Click it to open the proxy list
- Select a proxy or "None" to disable
The status bar shows:
- $(plug) Proxy — a proxy is active
- $(debug-disconnect) No Proxy — proxy is disabled

Setup
# Clone the repository

cd vscode-proxy-manager
# Install dependencies
npm install
# Compile the extension
npm run compile
Run & Debug
- Open the project in VS Code
- Press
F5 to launch the Extension Development Host
