vscode-alife is an extension that allows you to simulate the Boid model, one of the models of artificial life (ALife), in the editor window.

Installation

Install this extension from the VS Code marketplace.

It can also be installed by searching for vscode-alife in the extensions panel and clicking ‘Install’

How to Use

Once you install the extension, a new item labeled "BOID SIMULATION" will automatically appear in the sidebar. Adjust the window to your preferred size and enjoy!

You can add up to 10 agents to the simulation. Simply click to add an agent.
