Torch checkpoint inspector

Inspect .pt / .pth in a custom editor. Needs Python with PyTorch; pandas / numpy if checkpoints embed DataFrames. Interpreter: torchCheckpointInspector.pythonPath, else Python extension, else python3. Optional torchCheckpointInspector.allowUnsafeLoad (trusted files only).
