VS Code Dark OG Theme

The way VS Code dark theme was day one, before they broke it, claimed my screenshots were not real, added the puke that is Dark+, and deleted all bugs referencing it on Github. cough aeschli

Adds two themes, Dark OG and Dark OG Desat. The Desat version has had its colours desaturated by 8%.
