Nofrils (Sans Syntax Highlighting) Themes for VS Code

Bare-bones syntax coloring theme for VS Code, based on https://github.com/robertmeta/nofrils and https://github.com/urld/vscode-nofrills.git.

Because simple shouldn't mean ugly.
