Auric Icons: Modern

An original 720-icon modern SVG library plus a production file-and-folder icon
theme designed for the 16 px VS Code Explorer.
Why Modern
- 720 library icons across Simple Modern and Sharp Modern, each in color,
mono, outline, and duotone.
- 408 theme assets with a distinct file silhouette, true open/closed folder
pairs, semantic colors, four framework packs, and custom associations.
- Smart search and insert: synonyms, fuzzy ranking, file-aware recommendations,
multi-cursor insert, and language-sensitive output.
- Nine copy formats: raw SVG, JSX, React component, HTML, Markdown, CSS,
data URI, self-contained image tag, icon name, and catalog path.
- Likes, recent icons, hover previews, and keyboard access, fully offline.
One explorer across installed collections

Install Modern alone or alongside Auric Icons: Drawn and Auric Icons:
Playful. The extensions elect one deterministic host and render one Icon Studio
with a Library filter, source badges, and the union of every collection's variants.
Likes and recent history remain with the extension that owns each icon.
Use the library

- Open the Auric Icons: Modern Activity Bar view or run Open Icon Library.
- Search by name, concept, or synonym; use Category, Style, and Library filters.
- Choose Auto or an explicit variant. Auto follows the active editor context.
- Select Insert, Copy as…, Save SVG As…, or Open SVG Source.

remembers its Auto/Light/Dark preview surface locally.

stored only in VS Code extension storage. Free to use for any purpose;
redistribution and resale are not permitted — see LICENSE. Inter
letterforms are outlines derived under SIL OFL 1.1.
