💡 How to Use

  1. Click the Open Index Finder icon in the VS Code Activity Bar on the left.
  2. Type your search query (e.g. GTA V, 1985, The Blacklist).
  3. Select your desired File Type and Search Engine.
  4. Click 🔍 Search to open the open directory search in your default browser, or 📋 Copy Link to copy the query URL.

💻 Commands

  • openIndexFinder.openPanel: Open Index Finder: Open Full Search Panel (Tab view).
  • openIndexFinder.searchSelection: Open Index Finder: Search Selected Text (Editor context menu).
