Codetotxt
Combine multiple code files into a single text file with custom filenames and output directory management.
How to Use
Install the Extension: Search for Codetotxt in the Visual Studio Code Marketplace and install it.
Combine Files:
- Use the command palette (
Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P on macOS) and search for Combine Files .
- Select the files you want to combine.
- Choose the custom output filename and confirm.
Locate Combined Files: The combined file will be saved in a new folder named combined_files within your workspace.
Manage Files:
- You can remove files from the list before combining them by selecting the files and using the remove option.

com.txt , com2.txt , etc.

Requirements
- Visual Studio Code (version 1.60 or higher)
- Node.js (version 14 or higher)
Extension Settings
codetotxt.enable : Enable or disable this extension.
codetotxt.outputFormat : Set to txt to specify the output file format.
Known Issues
- Issue #1: Drag and drop functionality may not work in some VS Code environments.
- Issue #2: Files in unsupported formats may not combine correctly.
