Remixed Kanagawa colourscheme with muted colors. For VSCode.

This is a Visual Studio Code port of the Kanagawa Paper neovim theme. More details, and extra themes for other applications, can be found in that repo.

Kanagawa Paper includes both a dark variant (ink) and a light variant (canvas).

Compared to the original Kanagawa theme, Paper uses a more muted color palette for syntax highlighting, which is a bit easier on the eyes.
