Polywick Blue Theme

A Visual Studio 2022-inspired color theme for Visual Studio Code, with deep navy backgrounds and familiar syntax highlighting.

Features

• Dark navy editor and sidebar, with blue accents.
• Green comments, warm strings, blue keywords, teal types, and pale yellow functions.
• TextMate and semantic token colors, including C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript scopes.
• Matching terminal, diff editor, menus, panels, and debugging colors.

Syntax highlighting depends on the language extension and its token support. The palette includes custom backgrounds and is not an exact copy of the Visual Studio IDE theme.

Activate the theme

1. Install Polywick Blue Theme from the VS Code Extensions view.
2. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+P on macOS).
3. Run Preferences: Color Theme and select Polywick Blue Theme.

You can also select it in your settings:

Install a local package

Run Extensions: Install from VSIX... from the Command Palette, select the .vsix file, then activate the theme as described above.

Requirements

Visual Studio Code 1.60.0 or later. This extension contributes a color theme only and has no runtime dependencies.
