VSCode Time Tracker ( Folder Based - Offline )

Keep track of time locally on your machine. This extension tracks the time spent on each folder and file in your workspace. It does not require any internet connection and stores the data locally on your machine.

Features

  • Tracks time spent on each folder and file in your workspace.
  • Allows you to download the tracked time as a CSV file.
  • The data is stored locally on your machine and is not sent to any server.

How to Use

  1. Install the extension from the VSCode Marketplace.
  2. Open a folder in VSCode.
  3. The extension will start tracking the time spent on each folder and file in your workspace.
  4. To download the tracked time, click on 'Download Tracked Time' in the status bar ( bottom right corner).
