Git File History New

Quickly browse the history of a file from any git repository

Installation

• Click on the Extensions icon (usually on the left-hand side of your editor).
• Search for "Git File History New".
• Find the extension in the list and click the install button.

or click on VS Code extension to install it.

Usage

Using the command palette:

• Bring up the command palette, and select "Git File History".
• Select one of the commands mentioned below.
• Press [Enter] to confirm, or [Escape] to cancel.
• Use [left arrow] and [right arrow] to move between commits.
