Installation
From VS Code Marketplace
- Open VS Code
- Go to Extensions tab (
Ctrl+Shift+X or Cmd+Shift+X)
- Search for "Markdown Live View"
- Click Install
From Command Line
code --install-extension Dionip.markdown-live-view
Usage
Keyboard Shortcut
- Open any
.md file
- Press
Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+V (Mac)
Command Palette
- Press
Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac)
- Type "Open Markdown Preview"
- Press Enter
