SSRS Reports Migration Wizard

Effortlessly migrate SSRS reports, shared datasets, data sources, and standard subscriptions across Report Servers or between local SRMW files.

⚠️ Limitations

• Stored credentials in data sources, datasets, and reports are not migrated
• Subscriptions require credentials to be configured manually after initial migration
• To migrate standard subscriptions successfully:
  1. Migrate SSRS items first
  2. Manually set credentials on target
  3. Rerun the wizard with only subscription migration enabled

• .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later
• Access to SSRS Report Server endpoints:
  • http://<server>/ReportServer
  • http://<server>/Reports
• Permissions:
  • Browser or higher on source
  • Publisher or higher on target
