Quick Start (2 Minutes)
- Install: VS Code → Extensions → Install from VSIX → choose latest
workflow-snapshot-replay-*.vsix.
- Open project folder (workspace root) you want to record.
- Open side panel: Activity Bar → "Workflow" (or find in Explorer if customized).
- Click "Start Recording" and perform a few edits (create file, modify, run a command).
- Click "Stop Recording".
- Run command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) → "Generate Report" → open generated Markdown under
.workflows/reports/.
- (Replay) Run "Replay Workflow" and select the session or the markdown file to reproduce steps.
- (Optional) Open "Open Risk Panel" or "Advanced Reports" to view analysis.
Privacy: Telemetry is OFF by default. Nothing leaves your machine unless you explicitly configure a repo + token.

Screenshot assets are served via raw.githubusercontent.com for consistent rendering on the VS Code Marketplace. If images fail to load momentarily it is usually a transient CDN/cache issue; reloading after a few seconds typically resolves it.

Getting Started
- Install the extension from the VS Code Marketplace.
- Open your project and access Workflow Snapshot & Replay from the Explorer Panel.
- Click Start Recording and work as usual.
- When finished, stop the session and generate your report.
- Optionally, replay the workflow on another environment.
