XP Log

Main Functionality

This extension make debugging much easier by automating the operation of writing meaningful log message on the Enonic XP Platform.

Features

Insert Log Message

• Windows: ctrl+alt+l
• Mac: cmd+alt+n

Comment All Log Messages

• Windows: alt+shift+c
• Mac: cmd+alt+c

Uncomment All Log Messages

• Windows: alt+shift+u
• Mac: cmd+alt+v

Delete All Log Messages

• Windows: alt+shift+d
• Mac: cmd+alt+b

Settings:

• The log type to be used.
• Double quotes, single quotes or backtick.
• Whether to include the file name and the line number of the log message.
• Whether to insert or not the enclosing function of the selected variable in the log message.
