Known limits (Lite)
- Scans text files only (skips binaries and huge files)
- No project-wide watch-on-every-keystroke (use Refresh, or Pro sprint tooling)
- Sprint report, CSV export, owner filter and Markdown export are Pro

Everything above is free and complete. TODO Desk Pro is a separate offline add-on for a one-time $9, no subscription. It adds:
- Sprint report — overdue / due-soon / by owner
- CSV export — tag, file, line, owner, due, status, text
- Filter by owner — narrow the Lite tree to one
