toggleeditor README

An extension which exposes handy editor commands for better tab toggling:

• toggleeditor.nextTextEditor which goes to next text editor, it skips all other kind of editors. E.g terminal etc
• toggleeditor.nextTerminalEditor take to terminal editor, skipping all others
• toggleeditor.newPinnedTerminal opens new terminal as pinned view
