A free, open-source Azure DevOps extension that provides a centralized, organization-wide help & support hub for every project member.

Overview

Managing support documentation across multiple projects is tedious. Get Support solves this by giving you a single place to maintain help content — and it automatically appears in every project under the Get Support hub.

Quick Start

1. Install the extension from the Azure DevOps Marketplace

2. As an organization administrator, go to Organization Settings → Extensions → Get Support

   

3. Write your help content in Markdown and click Save

4. All project members will now see the content under the Get Support tab in every project

   

Suggested Content

Use the admin panel to publish:

• Links to internal documentation, wikis, and runbooks
• Support team contact details (email, Slack, Teams)
• Bug reporting guidelines and workflow
• Planned maintenance and outage schedules
• Onboarding resources for new team members

Privacy
