Git Plus

A fast, powerful Git client for VS Code — built to stay responsive on large repositories.

Open it from the Git Plus icon in the Activity Bar: the left view manages branches, and double-clicking a branch opens its log in the bottom panel.

Usage

• Branches (left): manage branches; double-click a branch to open its log.
• Git Log (bottom panel): commit list + graph on the left, changed files and the commit message on the right. Right-click a commit for actions; double-click a file to open its diff in the editor.
• Commands (Command Palette → "Git Plus: …"): Refresh, Branches, Compare with Branch, File History, Toggle Blame.
