Codex Ext Local Bridge

This small companion runs only in VS Code's local UI extension host. It reads the signed-in local Codex account and allowance for the main Codex Ext extension when a workspace is opened through Remote SSH, WSL, or a Dev Container. It has no interface and is installed automatically with Codex Ext.
