Manage your test cases from any view

This extension adds a Test Cases tab to work items so teams can define and manage test cases directly on items like User Stories, Product Backlog Items, Bugs, and Tasks.

Work with your test cases in the context of the work item they belong to, regardless of where that work item is opened - Backlog, Sprints, Boards, Queries, or other standard Azure DevOps views.

This extension is completely free to use, but requires an active Azure DevOps Test Plans license for the signed-in user.

What you can do in the tab:

• See linked test cases for the current work item
• Create new test cases directly from the tab, linked to a work item and optionally included in the Test Plans structure
• Open test cases in Test Plans for immediate execution
• Rename, open and modify test cases quickly
• Assign owners in-place
• Track latest execution Outcome

This feature is a piece of the Test Hub extension, which allows full, affordable test case management entirely inside Azure DevOps.
