If a .java file is opened, the JavaClean extension adds a 🧹 icon to the status bar that will trigger Clean Java Language Server Workspace.

Normally, triggering Clean Java Language Server Workspace requires opening the Command Palette and running the option. This extension simplifies triggering the clean action.
