CDEs

This extension is a support tooling for developing RSNA Common Data Elements (CDEs).

CDE development pipeline

This extension is a a part of the CDE development pipeline hosted at www.upmedic.io/app/templates/cdes (available for free).

1. Developing conceptual part of a CDE using upmedic markdown to cde tooling
2. launching VS Code for web with all configuration useful for crafting CDE JSON according to JSON schema published by ACR: snippets, RadLex, SNOMED CT coding helpers, AnatomicLocations.org search
3. Committing resulting to github repository containing CDEs in draft state

Versioning and verification of CDEs is maintained by RSNA/ACR, outside the scope of this pipeline.
