ErgoEmacs like keymap for Visual Studio Code.

Basic movements and deleting commands are supported. For detail about ErgoEmacs keymap please see the ErgoEmacs homepage. They have a nice keymap diagram.

Up	Alt-I
Down	Alt-K
Word left	Alt-U
Word right	Alt-O

Movements with SHIFT select the text.
