2. Install typescript: npm install typescript -g
3. Install vsce

5. Generate PAT for Marketplace: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/working-with-extensions/publishing-extension#get-a-personal-access-token a) Go to Azure Devops: https://dev.azure.com/toloka/_usersSettings/tokens b) Create token with scope Marketplace:Manage
6. Login to publisher toloka-team: vsce login toloka-team
7. Publish: vsce publish
