CCStudio Debug brings target debugging for Texas Instruments devices into VS Code with a live Memory view and Disassembly view.
Features
Debug toolchain installer — installs and registers the debug toolchain (OpenOCD, LLDB, and device support) needed to connect to your TI device
Memory view — inspect device memory while debugging with continuous refresh and symbol resolution toggles
Disassembly view — step through disassembled instructions alongside your source code during a debug session
Debug toolchain path setting — point CCStudio at an existing debug toolchain installation instead of installing a new one
Usage
Install the debug toolchain from the CCStudio Get Started view, or run CCS Debug: Browse Debug Toolchain Path if you already have one installed.
Start a debug session on your project from the CCStudio Projects view (CCStudio Project: Debug Project).
Open the Memory panel to inspect device memory or the Disassembly view to step through instructions.
