Installation
Open Visual Studio Code.
Go to the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon in the Activity Bar on the side of the window or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+X.
Search for Windows 98 Theme.
Click Install to install the theme.
Once installed, go to File > Preferences > Color Theme and select Windows 98 Theme from the list.
Preview
To preview the theme before installation, you can:
Clone this repository.
Open the folder in VS Code.
Press F5 to run the theme in development mode and try it out in a new window.
