Code completion engine developed by teleportHQ.

Disclaimer

Predicto is a completion engine using teleportHQ's GPT custom architecture. The engine was trained on ~2M lines on TypeScript code, gathered from Github.

This is an internal project and it is still under intensive development, so you can expect some glitches. You can use it for free.

If you are using it, we would be very happy to receive feedback.

Privacy

All the calls you are doing are tracked by teleportHQ's servers and can be used to improve the predictions in future releases. However, this is done anonymously.

Each time you are typing, we're sending a few chars from your line of code as an input to our model. In return, the model will return 4 predictions.

By using this plugin, you agree with this data collection mechanism.

Features

Currently only TypesScript is supported.

The model is located on our servers and, therefore, you will need an internet connection for this plugin to work. You will also need a private key to call the server.

Activation

After installing the extension, plase register your key using one of the following methods:

• from Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P):

  1. >predicto: register key
  2. insert key string

• from Settings (Ctrl+Comma) :

  1. Choose User tab
  2. Go to Extensions
  3. Go to predicto
  4. then, insert key value in Access Key input filed.
