Ragel-Rust syntax support for Visual Studio Code

This extension provides syntax highlighting & snippets support for Ragel State Machine Compiler syntax when use Rust as Host Language only while original repos only support C.

You should uninstall Original Ragal Plugin before install this one, or you'll get conflicts.
