Lightweight VS Code Extension

This is a minimal VS Code extension that contributes one command:

• Lightweight: Say Hello

Run

1. Install dependencies with npm install.
2. Compile with npm run compile.
3. Open the project in VS Code and press F5 to launch the Extension Development Host.

Behavior

Running the command shows a simple information message.
