Ananta Theme

Ananta (अनन्त — endless) is a dark color theme for Visual Studio Code, built for long sessions. Five muted accents — blue, green, amber, rose and lavender — sit over a two-tone charcoal ground: the editor and panels read as raised surfaces, while the application chrome recedes to a single darker tone so nothing competes with your code.

Install

1. Open the Extensions view in Visual Studio Code.
2. Search for Ananta Theme.
3. Select Install.
4. Open the Command Palette with Ctrl+Shift+P.
5. Run Preferences: Color Theme and select Ananta Theme.

The extension also ships matching Explorer icons. Run Preferences: File Icon Theme and select Ananta Theme.

Credits

File icons come from the IntelliJ Platform icon set by JetBrains (Apache-2.0) in their original colours, using the variants drawn for dark themes. Product and technology logos remain trademarks of their owners.
