Instead of paying for API keys, this extension uses Playwright browser automation under the hood to seamlessly route your coding tasks through your own free DeepSeek web session.

Getting Started

1. Install the extension.
2. Click the DeepSeek icon in your VS Code sidebar.
3. Click Launch Browser & Login. A Chromium browser will open.
4. Log in to your DeepSeek account in the browser.
5. Click "I'm Logged In — Start Chat" in the sidebar.
6. Start asking it to write code!
