simple cpm-cleaner README

Features

Cleans your CPM cache, and if desired it also runs CMake clean and reconfigure. This is useful if you think you have outdated or corrupt CPM packages and you want to (force) clean your CPM cache. Use it by Ctrl+Shift+P and then type 'nuke cache' or just 'nuke'.
