GetURL

An extension for Visual Studio Code (VSC) which use to get content from an URL and paste it to a new file within VSC.

Installation

Open Visual Studio Code Press Ctrl+P to open the Quick Open dialog Type ext install geturl to find the extension Click the Install button, then the Enable button OR

Press Ctrl+Shift+X to open the Extensions tab Type geturl to find the extension Click the Install button, then the Enable button OR

Open a command-line prompt Run code --install-extension ssmak.geturl

Usage

In Visual Studio Code Press Ctrl+P to open the Quick Open dialog Type > geturl and select Get Content From URL command to run Type the URL in the prompt box
