Emme macro language support for Visual Studio Code

This extension provides basic language support and syntax highlighting for INRO Emme macro code.

• Auto-toggling of line comments

The extension associates filenames ending .mac with the Emme macro langauge. Other filename extensions can be supported using the files.associations setting.
