How Students Use It

1. Open ASSESSME AI ASSISTANT from the VS Code Activity Bar.
2. Log in with GitHub using the Connect button in the panel.
3. Ask coding questions in the chat box.
4. Select AI level and model according to assignment rules.
5. Track remaining ticks in the header.

AI Levels

• L1: Integrity mode (AI disabled)
• L2: Diagnostic feedback only
• L3: Hint-based guidance
• L4: Guided support
• L5: Full assistance

File Mentions

Use @file mentions to add context:

• @main.py
• @main.py:10-30

This helps the assistant answer with project-specific guidance.
