An extension to preview HTML or Jade files while editing them in VSCode

The extension can be activated in two ways

• Toggle Preview - ctrl+shift+h or cmd+shift+h
• Open Preview to the Side - ctrl+k h or cmd+k h

Fix

• Delete MathJax global variable before update.
• Update with 3 seconds buffering.
