Run in REPL VS Code extension

VS Code extension that sends selected code or line to REPL in terminal.

• Sends selected code to REPL in terminal. Hotkey – Ctrl+Enter.
• Sends single line code to REPL in terminal. Hotkey – Alt+Enter.
