PDML Extensions

Provides the following extensions from the PDML Extensions specification to PDML Language Support for VS Code.

• Attributes
• Comments
• *Extension nodes

*Extension nodes don't adhere to the PDML Extensions v2 specification (they don't start with a ^ character). At this time, I'm not sure if they should be treated like extensions or just like any other nodes.
