Jump anywhere, similar to AceJump

Usage:

1. Press ctrl + ` (default binding)
2. Press any key
3. Press the combination corresponding to the label where you want to jump

TODO:

1. Make the label edits go on a separate undo stack than the user's stack when the API exists, or use a different label API when/if it exists.
