HTML Click Preview

Registers default custom editors for *.html / *.htm and *.md / *.markdown: a single click in the Explorer opens the rendered view. Markdown is rendered with VS Code's built-in renderer (markdown.api.render). To see source: right-click the tab → "Reopen Editor With…" → "Text Editor".
