Save All Menu Bar VSCode Extension

A Save All button in menu bar, more intuitive.

Until yesterday I did not know that VS Code had a tiny and timid button Save All, with that I say everything.

I also have to say that the idea of learning and creating my own extension vs. code came from the JerryGoyal's extension. Reading his code I learned to do it.
