Reminder POP-UP README

This is a simple extension, to display notifications when starting a working session on any project folder in Visual Studio Code, to setup general reminders.

Features

Display reminders as a custom Visual Studio Code pop-up notification; by default reminding to pull from remote if working session is in a remote repository.
